So I hot glued burlap around the edges of a rectangular piece of Styrofoam, stuck the roses in, and then hot glued the petals in the gaps. To hang it I just pushed it onto some pincushions on the wall.

Dried Rose Art
I'd collected a lot of roses and dried them through hanging them upside down on a hanger. A lot of roses I twisted the top off and microwaved the petals to dry them (you just spread them out on a plate that has a paper towel on it, then put another paper towel on top (and another plate for some of the microwaving time to press them flat--but not the whole time) and microwave them until dry.
